The DLF Golf Academy is the first professional golf school in the country. The DLF Golf Academy was opened in 1999 and for over a last decade and a half has been instrumental in providing golf instruction to members of the DLF Golf & Country Club, residents of DLF5, juniors from across India, corporates from the vicinity, and to many top amateurs and professionals in the country.
A panel of highly trained & certified instructors teach golf in a structured manner, yet cater to needs of every individual golfer. The instructors recognize that the students learn golf for a variety of reasons and that the pace of learning is unique to each student. Programs are thus designed to suit all level of golfers.
All nine professionals at the DLF Golf Academy are certified by the National Golf Academy of India, and come with more than 15 years of teaching experience. The team specializes in junior programs and in the use of golf teaching technology for all levels of golfers. The DLF Golf Academy also offers golf specific fitness training and has a highly certified resident Fitness coach to assist the students with their fitness routines.

At the DLF Golf Academy, a student can practice any kind of shot that he or she may come across on the course. Long game practice is done either from specialized astro turf or from natural grass. A well designed short game area gives students an opportunity to practice a variety of shots from 80 yards in.
